Fees are to be paid when the league is full, before the startup draft commences. Teamstake chosen rather than leaguesafe because leaguesafe is unavailable to most outside North America.

Playoffs
Starts week 15. Top 7 teams make the playoffs. Points scored is the tie breaker. The regular season winner gets a bye for round 1 of the playoffs. Highest placed team plays the lowest placed team each round. Highest scoring loser from first round goes directly to 5th/6th placement game, while the other two losers play for a spot.
Teams placed 8-13 will play a consolation bracket (NOT toilet bowl). Last placed team is done for the year.
Waivers
Faab will be used for waivers with a $500 budget per season. $0 bids are allowed.
Reverse standings. The waiver priority is reset every week based on the standings. Lower-placed teams in the current standings will get the highest waiver priority at the beginning of each NFL week.
Waivers will be closed during off season (between fantasy season ending and until we’ve held next years rookie draft)
During pre season (between our rookie draft and when the regular season starts) rolling waivers will be in effect.
After the rookie draft and up until pre-season, waivers will run once per week.
During pre-season and regular season waivers are closed Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday, and will run on Thursday, Sunday, and Monday at 9 AM CEST. After the waivers have been processed on Sundays and Mondays, all players on waivers become Free Agents. This is so teams can fill holes in case of emergency. Players whose game has started will be locked until Thursday at 9 AM CEST.
Rookie Draft Order
Decided by MaxPF for non-playoff teams. This includes Taxi and IR. Playoff teams are decided by their final standing when playoffs have concluded.

Rule changes
Rule changes during the season must pass with all teams in agreement. During the off season 8/14 teams must agree to the changes.
Setting a lineup
All teams must, in good faith, construct a lineup which they believe gives them the best chance to win. Starting end of bench guys (say, someone like Ty Chandler) over a stud (say Christian McCaffrey) is considered a work around, and a violation. Starting a player on a bye, players who are known to not be starting for days in advance, players on PUP list, or starting a player who has IR status is a clear violation of this. As is starting players that are not signed to a roster. Gametime decisions and similar issues are not violations.
If you have no players available that are not on IR/bye/PUP/unsigned it is not a violation. You will not have to drop a player or make a trade to fulfill a starting lineup. You will not have to move a player from your taxi squad to starting lineup.
If you start an inactive player that is not a gametime decision, I will replace them with the highest projected player on the bench that’s eligible.
Violations will be punished as follows:
1st time violation: Warning
2nd time violation: Lose $100 FAAB
3rd time violation: Loss of 4th round pick
4th time violation: Loss of 2nd round pick
5th time violation: Removal from the league\
This is to keep the league fair for everyone and to avoid people having implications on playoff positions even when they are not contending.
Leaving and refunds
To get a refund you must be in possession of all your future picks. If not, the league will keep the money to provide a discount to future managers.
